By accessing our website or placing an order with IAH Design Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Company Overview

IAH Design Studio is a boutique textile and fashion house based in Lahore, Pakistan, offering high-end home textiles, bridal couture, designer fabrics, and custom-made fashion and interior products. All items are created with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

2. Custom Orders Policy

  • All custom-made, made-to-order, and personalized products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • This includes bridal wear, customized fashion, printed or embroidered textiles, upholstery fabrics made to measure, and cut-length or altered fabrics.

  • Once production or processing begins, no cancellation, refund, or alteration requests will be entertained.

  • Production timelines will be communicated at order confirmation and may vary based on design complexity and material availability.

3. Order Confirmation & Payments

  • Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed.

  • For custom or bulk orders, a partial advance payment (as agreed) may be required to initiate production.

  • Accepted payment methods include:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Credit/Debit Cards (via secure gateway)

    • Cash on Delivery (within eligible zones and on select products)

  • All invoices are issued electronically.

4. Quality Confirmation Policy

  • Upon delivery, the client must inspect all goods and confirm their quality within 24 hours of receipt.

  • All complaints regarding defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within this 24-hour window, along with clear photographic or video evidence.

  • If no claim is made within 24 hours, the order will be considered final and approved by the client. No return, refund, or exchange will be allowed after this window.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If a product is found to be defective or incorrectly delivered, and the claim is made within 24 hours:

    • IAH Design Studio will offer a replacement at no additional cost for the product itself.

    • However, all associated shipping charges for returns and replacements are the client’s responsibility.

  • No monetary refund will be issued.

6. Return & Exchange Policy (for Non-Custom Items Only)

Clients may return standard, ready-made items under the following conditions:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return must be approved in writing before sending back the product.

  • The client bears all return and replacement shipping costs.

  • Products on sale, discounted items, and fabric cuts are not eligible for return.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide and provide international shipping upon request.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or included in the invoice.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Ready-to-ship items: 3–7 business days within Pakistan

    • Custom orders: Timeline will be communicated individually

  • IAH Design Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, political disturbances).

8. Product Descriptions & Variations

  • We strive to provide accurate visuals and descriptions for all products.

  • Slight color, texture, or pattern variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural material characteristics.

  • All product measurements are approximate.

9. Cancellations

  • Standard (ready-made) orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, if not yet shipped.

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed and in production.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, patterns, logos, images, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property of IAH Design Studio.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us.

  • We collect only the necessary personal information required to process your orders and provide customer service.

  • Your data will never be shared or sold to third parties.

  • Our website uses SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your information.

12. Limitation of Liability

IAH Design Studio will not be held liable for:

  • Losses due to improper use of products.

  • Delays or failure to deliver caused by third parties or external circumstances.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website or services.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply shortages, or transport disruptions.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
